This Policy governs the processing and protection of personal data submitted through investfuel.ru. The controller is INVEST MANAGEMENT LLC, TIN 9701009897, PSRN 1157746845728, registered at 13 Vasilisy Kozhinoy St., Moscow, 121096, Russia.
2. Data we process
Website forms may collect your name, company, phone number, email, message, CV and any information you voluntarily include. In anonymous mode, the form does not request a name or contact details; users should not include information that could identify them in the message. Technical data may include IP address, browser and device information, and cookies. The IP address is not included in the message sent to the CEO.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We process data to answer enquiries, prepare proposals, review candidates, deliver messages to the CEO, secure the website and, with separate consent, measure website use. Processing is based on consent, steps requested before a contract, contract performance, the controller’s legitimate interests or applicable law.
4. Processing and retention
We may collect, record, organise, store, update, use, share with authorised processors, restrict and delete data. Enquiries and attachments are retained only as long as required for the relevant purpose unless law or contract requires otherwise.
