TEK-Torg, in collaboration with Sber, has launched an independent (bank) guarantee service integrated directly into the platform interface. For suppliers registered in ERUZ, there is a personalized pre-approved limit displayed at the top of the account screen in the Government procurements section. The amount is pre-calculated using advanced bank scoring models, and an innovative data-exchange service between the bank scoring system and TEK-Torg IT infrastructure allows participants to view their limit online, saving time and speeding up decision-making.
The onboarding process is designed to be simple: application data is 80% complete. The user only needs to select the required product, determine the type of guarantee, and approve the text of the document with the customer, which is available for download immediately after product selection. The application status is tracked in real time, and the bank communicates terms and calculates the final cost as quickly as possible. Final documents are signed electronically.
