SET VR of SPB Exchange discussed as a new sales channel for the OTC market

Anzor Pshinshev, Head of Over-the-Counter Market Development, spoke to instructors at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation about the Petersburg Exchange’s Over-The-Counter Trading System (SET VR).

It was presented as a new sales channel accessible to all economic entities, with registration taking just one day; work examples were reviewed in the ‘Trading agricultural products’ segment.

Among the key benefits cited are transparency and legal protection for all participants, minimization of risks and operating costs, and expansion of the client base; there are no strict restrictions or standards on the OTC market and the full range of goods can be traded.
