The regulation on providing information about contracts concluded by the parties outside of organized trading venues has been amended.
In accordance with Government Resolution No. 1111 of 29 August 2026, changes were made to the Regulation on providing information about contracts not on organized trading venues, the obligations for which include transfer of ownership of goods admitted to organized trading, as well as maintaining the registry of such contracts and providing information from that registry, previously approved by Government Resolution No. 892 of 31 May 2023.
Subparagraph 'a' of paragraph 2 of the Regulation has been revised and concerns petroleum products sold for export, provided that the total production volume by the group of entities implementing sales of petroleum products exceeds 100 thousand tonnes in the preceding year and the contract volume is at least 60 tonnes.
