In September 2026, Government Resolution No. 1111 of 29 August 2026 came into force, which provides for the registration of contracts for sale on the domestic market of automotive gasoline, diesel fuel, aviation kerosene, marine fuel and fuel oil from 1 ton by all business entities (sellers) and straight-run gasoline from 25 tons.
To help market participants connect to the system and configure processes, the Exchange is holding a free online training seminar via videoconference. The first part of the seminar will take place on 10 September from 14:00 to 16:00, and the second on 15 September.
