The business community of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania participated in a seminar on modern exchange and procurement mechanisms organized by the Petersburg Exchange in collaboration with the regional chamber of commerce and industry.
Officials from regional authorities attended, and discussions focused on the opportunities for regional businesses to access exchange services and procurement tools within the national market infrastructure.
During the event, the Exchange – Assistant to the President – Project Office moderator Kazbek Pshinshev and the Project Office moderator Darya Morozova presented exchange services and opportunities for purchases under 223-FZ; Anzor Pshinshhev, head of the Off-Exchange Market Development Department, outlined the capabilities of the Off-Exchange Trading System (SETS VR) to regional entrepreneurs.
A cooperation agreement between the Petersburg Exchange and the North Ossetia-Alania Chamber of Commerce and Industry was signed to establish a long-term, productive collaboration and to broaden regional participation in organized trading.
