Petersburg Exchange completes first contracts for tubes produced by Kuzmin-named Novosibirsk Metallurgical Plant (NMZ Kuzmina).

On the Petersburg Exchange, fourteen deals were concluded for the supply of electrically welded and water-and-gas pipes produced by Kuzmina NMZ (АО НМЗ им. Кузьмина), with deliveries on a self-pickup basis from the plant's warehouse. A single shipment batch of 20 tonnes was recorded, and the 1-tonne lot size enabled buyers to acquire 12 different pipe varieties.

NMZ Kuzmina is the largest pipe producer in the Siberian Federal District; in 2025, pipe production exceeded 580 thousand tonnes. The plant's entry into exchange trading gave regional buyers the opportunity to purchase locally produced pipes from the Novosibirsk warehouse.

The Petersburg Exchange is actively developing the exchange market for rolled metal products, including pipes; the trades already feature leading Russian metallurgical companies, and the Novosibirsk plant became the first pipe producer in the SFО to list on the exchange. We hope the producer appreciates the advantages of exchange trading and look forward to further productive cooperation. We view exchange trading as a promising and technologically advanced instrument aimed at increasing the efficiency of product sales; we expect the Exchange to help attract new customers, including state-participation purchases under 223-FZ.
