On changes to the disclosure regime in the Nefteprodukty (Oil Products) section for the volume of concluded contracts by instrument, where gasoline and diesel are the underlying products

From 06 October 2026, pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 686 of 28 September 2026, Approval of the list of information in the fuel and energy sector, access to which is restricted, and the procedure for its use for instruments (Instruments list), the following information will no longer be published on the Petersburg Exchange site:

• trading activity with 15-minute-delayed information on volumes of concluded contracts: volume (tons), volume (rubles), contracts (units);

• information on the volume of concluded contracts: volume (tons), volume (rubles), contracts (units) in the instrument card;

• archived information on plans to sell gasoline and diesel fuel;

• as well as daily/monthly bulletins on trading results in the Nefteprodukty section, including archives.

Information on compliance with the confidentiality regime for the above instruments will continue to be received by: trading participants via the ARM 'Terminal'; users of information services.
