Marina Kovaleva heads the Analysis Department for the oil and gas–processing markets, a key area of the National Exchange Pricing Agency. She began her career at Kortes, then worked at Thomson Reuters and Refinitiv, and in 2025 joined the Saint Petersburg Exchange project.
In this role she develops methodology and survey quotes for core positions — petroleum products and petrochemistry — and participates in creating national price indicators for polymers.
