The transport group FESCO (part of the Rosatom state corporation) and the Petersburg Exchange signed a cooperation agreement to develop container transport of exchange goods. The document defines organizational and informational collaboration, leveraging existing competencies, technologies and expertise.

Both parties intend to jointly organize the transport of exchange goods and to develop and promote digital services and innovative technologies for exchange trading, logistics and the financial economy. The collaboration also includes exchanging experience, holding seminars and conferences, and preparing joint information materials.

"We see great potential in collaborating with Russia's leading commodity exchange. By combining our extensive experience in intermodal container transport with the Petersburg Exchange's capabilities, we can expand opportunities for market participants and offer modern, efficient logistics solutions that meet their needs," said Peter Ivanov, Director of Logistics at Rosatom and CEO of FESCO.

"Partnership with FESCO opens new opportunities for developing the exchange's logistics infrastructure. The transport group has unique experience in container transport and operates one of the largest container fleets and fitting platforms in Russia. I am confident that our joint work will raise the efficiency of transporting exchange goods and create additional services for market participants," said Igor Artemyev, President of the Petersburg Exchange.
