Cement is the first construction material regulated by two complementary mechanisms: mandatory registration of certain off-exchange contracts and listing part of cement production on organized trading.
Together, these mechanisms lay the foundation for a unified information space.
The first mechanism requires mandatory registration of certain off-exchange contracts; the second provides for a portion of cement produced in Russia to be traded on organized markets.
