Cellulose exchange commodity specification becomes effective

From September 18, 2026, in the Petersburg Exchange's 'Forest and Building Materials' section the cellulose commodity specification will take effect.

The specification covers two types of softwood bleached sulfite pulp — SES and HB Extra. The delivery basis is Zabajkalsk (export station of the China Railway). Sending stations can be Ust-Ilimsk and Bratsk of the Russian Railways.

The Petersburg Exchange continues to expand its range of traded forest products, creating additional opportunities for producers and buyers.
