Approved on-exchange volume for primary aluminum and trading requirements

On 11 September 2026, Order of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia No. 590/26 and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia No. 3739 of 29.07.2026 came into force, approving the volume of on-exchange sales for primary aluminum (grades A0, A5, A5E, A6, A7, A7E (A7E), A7ES-C, A8, A85) produced and/or sold by a market-dominant entity, including related parties, at not less than 10% of domestic sales in the preceding month.

The volume is determined based on delivery conditions: self-delivery by rail from the mine/plant site, self-delivery by road from the plant, or franco-vagon delivery from the origin station.
